We are seeking enthusiastic Landscape Labourers and Apprentices to work with our established and growing team.
At Shape and Form we have built our reputation based on providing excellent landscaping and construction service to our clients’ residential projects for many years. We are highly respected for our attention to detail and our high standards of finished work.
Because of our proven results, we are winning more work and we need to expand our team. We have a strong culture based around mutual respect for each person, their role and contribution. We enjoy seeing the end results of the effort and focus we put into a project.

The job is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
You also must hold a drivers licence and be able to transport yourself to and from the job site.
About Us
• Team of 10 landscapers who are all great, friendly people
• Construct full landscapes, mainly in the Eastern suburbs and Bayside areas of Melbourne, as well as Mornington Peninsula
• Our projects usually entail, paving, turfing, planting, building retaining walls, pergolas and decks
• Work from a plan and make it into reality
• Work on mostly residential jobs.
About you
• Great communicator and well presented
• Be outgoing with a can-do attitude
• Meticulous, with exceptional attention to detail
• Polite, punctual, professional and an all round great person
• Have a current drivers licence, with access to your own reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
• Hard working, and enjoy physical and outdoor work.
